I DJ house parties for my bros starting this year. It usually gets me a good amount of attention because most parties in town just set up an ipod. Thing is, I do take it seriously, so I'm rarely in a position to leave my computer (I wouldn't really trust leaving it around drunk people, either). Makes approaching women at these parties sort of difficult, since I'm not willing to just walk around. Fortunately, of course, girls do show interest because they wanna request a song or sometimes just check out the software, because it looks way more complex than it really is. So I do really think that it's more of a strength than a weakness for game because it actually gets women to approach me. I'm looking now at how to open when these girls do come to me. The main thing is that, odds are, they don't want to spend much of the night at the dj booth when they could be getting a drink or dancing, so it seems like I have to either give her a reason to come back or stay very quickly.

Last one I did ended pretty well, a girl requested a couple songs and I said I'll do that many requests in a row but she'll owe me a dance later. It's not like the speakers are right behind me, I'll dance right there whatever. What else could I do in this situation, because it feels like this is a great asset that I am not using as effectively as I could be.
