I usually don't have routines, because I play natural games, but here it is:

Setting: You get approached by a girl (rare), or you have approached a girl with indirect game and she gives you a big (direct or indirect) IOI right away (less rare)

You: Holy shit...

Her: What?

You: I can't believe I've had two women try to hit on me in the same day

Her: Look at you Mr. player (she always says something along those lines, which is key)

You:That's the thing, I'm horrible with women.

Her(thinking to herself): I'm going to seduce this guy

possibly after she gives you her number say "getting hit on twice is one thing but I really cant believe I got two numbers in one day! Bye!"

This is just like a piece of clay, it it to your specifications

I think the psychology of all this should be obvious so I'm not going to break it down unless someone specifically requests me to.
