Anyways man numbers are wood! Don't try to get her number try to get her to accpet when you'll ask her "you seem cool I'm going to...." and add "you can tag along" then number close.
The number is just paper and the acceptance is what you are looking for, you are looking for the "Yes!! Great!! I will come!" after saying "You seem cool, I'm going to buy shoes in the mall on Wednesday you can tag along."
How to open and what to say:
People wrote books about it but I'll try to explain it in few sentences.
Step 1(can last as long as 2 minutes)The opener, ask her an interesting opinion about something. The objective - only to start to talk to her, so don't think about it to much.
Step 2(2-7 minutes)Say something interesting that happened to you lately, do it naturally. Add somehow and I don't care how, a liner or a story which conveys that women woman wants you. It can be as simple as "My ex called me yesterday and wants to meet me, I don't know about it, what do you think?" or "The wierd thing happend to me on my way to work, a girl started to talk to me on the street and said 'I know you! you're the fun guy from that party last week!' it was creepy... she looks crazy!". It can be a real story, and it can be a lie, it doesn't matter. The objective - to make her curious enough to qualify herself to you in step 3.
What if she's a bitch?! Say "OMG! your nose wiggle when you talk! It's so cute!". That will make her bitch shield go down. Then continue with a story.
Step 3 (3-10 minutes) Ask her questions, for example: "are you an interesting person? what is interesting in your life?" when she answers compliment her(NO MATTER WHAT SHE SAYS!), if she doesn't, say "I can't believe you have nothing interesting going for you in your life..." and go back to step 2, after one story start step 3 again just with a different question. The point is your are qualifying her to be with you and compliment her when she answers(don't compliment too much though) to encourage her to answer more questions.
Now what? now you have attraction because she qualified herself to you. Think of an activity you can do together ask her if she would like to come and then take her number and talk to her (like you talk to your friends) for a couple of minutes after taking her number, this is key.
From here your on your own, talk to her like you do with your friends and kiss her when you meet her again.
