Okay so i go to summer school and theres a girl i see everyday (shes not in my class)
but right next to my class, anyways i wanna approach her, but the thing is she looks like the strong silent type and i dont even know her name, i've only ever seen her with 2 other girls so i dont think she has a lot of friends in summer school. So is there a routine that would work for this?

I was thinking of somthing like this:

Me: Hey do i know you from somwhere?
HB: i dont think so
Me: Well you look really familiar, anyways whats your name?
HB: It's (X)

So hows my routine?

Seems kind of corny sorry to say ... I would try more of either a opinion about something to open it, and follow it with decent convo for about a min or two then number close it ... but to be honest I don't think words even matter ... what matters more is the energy and the comfort level ...
