Alright, there is this very nice older women at a local lounge that I go to. See here fairly often and have become good friends. Anyway was texting her tonight asking her a question, she was busy at some purse party or something. Jokingly asked her if she had any cute friends there, hard to find a good girl in this town bs.

Long story short turns out she does, trade a pic and she forwards me on of hers back she is a cute blondie, she says 'show him my picture and you can give him my number, hes a hottie'

Alright, got the number. Never met the girl. Now what. Haha. My usual approach wait a day or two contact her, ' alright so what crazy stories did your friend tell you about me?'

Any other opinions on an absolutely cold open text message or phone call like this?

Alright the "So what crazy stories did your friend tell you about me?!?" open went over well. It opened into more conversation right back and she got that thought in her head omg what did she say about me. Anyway it was a nice light funny way to deal with an otherwise extremely akward and forced situation. Thanks for your input guys just wanted to get back to you all on it. One more update. Met her out for a while tonight, kino escalated into making out. Actually right mid talking I could feel the kino tension so I just moved in and kissed her in her mid sentence. Must have been doing something right she didn't complain. Gunna keep pushing this one, shes in.
