A great many openers I've read and heard are mostly geared toward female sets.

*I* need more gender-neutral openers. I got blown out of a set this last weekend because all I have is opinion openers and a few lame neutral openers that don't really invite more conversation.

Examples:

Did you guys see that fight outside?
Holy hell! Did you guys drive through that roadblock!? It was crazy!
Did you guys check out the guy that looks like P-Diddy dancing over there?



That's all I can think of at the moment that's truely gender-neutral and THAT'S MY POINT. I have a grand total of 3... THREE openers that aren't specifically for chicks!

Ever tried addressing the males in the group instead of the females?

You can start a conversation with a male about anything! if you make the males like you they could be liturally pushing you onto their woman and introducing you to a bunch of different people.

For male openers you could use
-OMG did you watch the *whatever sport* game at thte weekend?!
-Yo dude u ever watch MMA? I just walked past CHUCK LIDDELL outside!
-Dude let me ask you a question say your girl goes out one night and kisses her best mate...it was nothing sexual just a make out in a game of dares...would u consider this cheating?
-Dude dont you think pick up lines are lame? i was over their with my best mate when some random guy came up to my girl and was like "woww if you were a hamburger ud be a mcgawjus!" i mean how needy is that!

Addressing the males MAY if not done correctly make you come of BETA but if you hook the set you can easily AMOG them out of it if you need to.
