Well Mystery says the dance floor is a trap, and is best to be avoided when pick-up is the goal. Instead, find a place where you can actually have somewhat of a conversation without losing your voice from screaming in ears.

But if you happen to be on the dance floor and see a HB, one thing you can do is just make eye contact, hold it and smile, and go right up to her, grab her hands and start dancing. Spin her around, be goofy, and generally show her that you're fun to be with. Then, if the music gets quiet in between songs or whatever, introduce yourself, give a time constraint and go for the number close, or isolate by pulling her somewhere you can talk.

I've seen to types of noisy clubs. One where the music make it very difficult to hear what you're saying and one where it's so loud any talking is literally impossible.

If it's the first then you want a fun opener that's really short. One I came up with that I like is "Who ordered the male stripper?!"

If it's literally impossible to hear anything you need to open completely nonverbal. Sticking your tounge out at her, tapping her right shoulder with you on the left side, going for a high five then spinning her around when you get it, ect ect.
