So I was with a girl at the mall. While I was with her I saw this really hot girl. I was thinking to myself if I should or shouldn't approach. Is it all right to approach another girl while your hanging out with another?

To put it blankly your right. Unless you dont mind being frowned upon.
But if youve just strtd seeing a girl then its great. Its instant social proof DHV and the girl you are with wants you even more - which she will pick up on - thus a more powerful DHV . Be careful though you dont want arguments. Also if there are guys in the set they are going to respect you for bringing over females. They wont see you as a threat but before they know it youve amogd them. The same with the females. They wont see you as a threat or as if your hitting on them. If you then see a guy who is working on your target then fine pawn your girl off to him. Keep them in the set at all times though. if you lose your target and your girl youll feel a tard.
