Why don't you use an opinion question..

"I have always have had a notion in my head, that women at some levels are bi curious, if not outwardly bisexual.. what is your opinion on that?"

If she says, "Oh, you noticed huh?"

Then say, "Yes. I did."

Be direct and honest to her questions and she will be honest to you in return while answering yours.

Either you're new to OkCupid or you're from an area where bi girls arent too common

It's my experience that these girls are either just putting up Bi because they get more views that way, or they're straight up HORNY. The latter, you're most likely to meet in person. Girls who list as Bi seem more sexually open than straight girls I met off the site. Bi girls I met, either came to my place, or I went to theirs. Straight girls, had to meet in a neutral location before anything happened.

IMO, it's not important that she's bi or not - you're a dude, not a chick,right? The only thing that matters is she'd be more prolly be willing to meet than a straight girl.

Its bullshit for the most part. I have gone out with girls who say they are bi. Even if they are bi they most likely wont share you with another girl.
