I wouldn't say it's a 'magnet'. You have to back it up with action, i.e. playing in a badass band and playing venues.

I'm 31 now. I've played guitar nearly 20 yrs, have been lead singer in bands, and have played to tons of crowds. I'm passionate about women. That's why I'm here. But music comes first.

I generally talk about it as a 'passion' because what I have run into, especially from younger girls, is the whole 'if you're so passionate/great, why aren't you making money at it?'

Basically, as long as you believe 110% in it, you could carve wood, maintain banzai trees, play guitar, whatever. Women love a craftsman.
