ok so I am new to this whole pua thing and to tell you the truth I probably have no game... I am shy and can not hold down a conversation.

Well I made a POF account and I have got about 5 responses after messaging several girls...

To cut it short I would like someone to tell me how to edit it and give me tips on how I can get them to message me instead of me messaging them or even give me first message ideas to get more girls to respond.

I would say work on getting the social stuff down BEFORE you try online. You can get to the point where you can pull people onto the phone, but if you can't talk on the phone, how will you get them in person? and if you get them in person, how will you F-close them?

What I did, was I started chatting up customers at work a few years ago. It gets to the point where you realize what starts conversations, what doesn't, how to keep them going, how to bait the other person into talking more than you. Etc.

As for your profile, I'm no expert, but I would say get a few pictures that show you more. Get rid of the "belly top one", cause it makes you look like the quiet guy who listens to other people talking.
