"Well why dont you go ahead and leave your number, I might call you for a late replacement tomorrow night if you arent too busy"....

However, I would personally reply to that to make her qualify herself. You said she might qualify but then she replied saying she's avaliable full time and on short notice which isn't really qualifying.

I might reply with something like


"Woaahh, hang on a minute. I said you MIGHT qualify First you'll have to send me your Resume" or something similar.

You could then perhaps get her to text you her 'why she should get the job' to get her number and continue on with the phone game saying she'll have to come to an interview where you can go on a date with her to a coffee shop or something.

Those are just my ideas, again - I'm still a massive noob at this.

You already have her won, no need to do anything else. Just take this to private chat, n close, and set up a tanning date, there's really no way you can mess up because she clearly wants you.
