I've tried a lot of girls and I'm really not bad looking at all. But when I message them they don't even respond. I start with normal conversation starters like "hey how's it going I think in my lunch" (just graduated hs but that's what I said). I'm kind of afraid to do pickuP lines too. Any help?

post a link to your profile so we can check it....also try some of the openers that have been posted in this forum. I've tried a few without much luck, so im working on changing my profile around....just about ever person i sent an opener to has checked out my profile. THATS A GOOD THING!! the opener is just to get them to look at your profile, to set you apart, once they check out your page, your page has to sell them that you are someone they want to talk to.

Is what you're quoting really your message? If so, I can't understand what you mean. I'm no expert by any means but variations of hey how's it going tend to invite one word answers or being ignored.

Here's what I do. If I want to start talking with a girl online I'll find something she wrote on her profile and playfully take it the wrong way and tease her about it. Then maybe ask her some random question. This is if she's got a lot of interesting stuff on her profile. Girls who are attractive but with nothing on their profile I just say "Hi " to and sometimes she will open me based on my profile which is fine.

I like it when girls don't put their names in their profiles because it lets me make up ridiculous little nicknames for them based on something they wrote.

Don't use "hey what's up?". It does nothing to pique her interest. I made a fake profile and that's what every guy does. Even some guys that look like they could be chip n dales, have pics of themselves sitting in their brand new corvette, etc....

You've got to be different. Yes, google, look around in these forums, and use some canned, but clever and witty openers. Also, as stated previously, you NEED a good profile... Also try learn what makes a good opener, so in the future you'll have your own.

I met this hb 9 (yes a real 9) on pof. She told me the first thought that goes through her mind when she gets "hey what's up", is why are you wasting my time. She went on to say, how my opener was original, was obviously not copied and pasted, and made her laugh...

Read the tips that are actually shown in the site help section. One thing that helped me is that in the "subject" line put something off the wall like 'pink clouds' or 'elephant sex'
all day women get messages with hi or hey in subject lines. I don't blame them for ignoring them or deleting them. Also proof read your messages. grammar and spelling are real deal breakers for some women. I rarely hit on the super HB10 and 9. I stick with 6's and 7's theyre usually way more interesting and spunky anyway
