Edit: on the bright side, I think your profile pic is cool! You're a hip looking guy, and even have some proof of preselection going on. If I were you, I'd keep it as the main pic, keep the one in the beanie where you're smiling (you do have a great smile) and the one of you surfing. Get rid of the others. Find a few more, better pics of you with friends to put up. Do that and totally scrap and redo the about me. You should't be having this much trouble... You look hip and very fit. Fix the profile content and you'll do great at getting replys. I promise!

I personally am not a big fan of 100% silly profiles. I looked at your profile and the only things I know about you are:
1) u surf
2) a life guard
3) you have a bike

this is the reason I do not like silly profiles: humor is objective. If you're not genuinely funny it is gonna be a turn off. Humor can pique a woman's interest, yes. But go into detail a little more... What about your education? What do you do besides surf? You have a bachelors degree and are a life guard. Why? Is it because you love the beach?

I'm guessing you are a bilingual speaker. You have a ba, but your profile doesn't reflect that. Have a friend that is good with English help you write the profile a little better. I know my grammar on the forums has a shit load of errors, and typos. But on my profile, i go over the grammar with a fine-tooth comb.

Show a sense of humor, but also give a little about yourself.

I'm no expert, but I would think that your main picture should be a close up picture of you smiling. Most girls aren't going to click on a picture of a surfer.

I used to have that pic of me smiling as a default but I received no interest. So I thought I'd put up a pic of me surfing to set me apart from the other guys default pictures.

I used to have information about me, what I'd like to do, e.t.c but I received no response. It was too generic. I'm genuinely funny.

Not sure what you mean by bilingual? I only speak English.
