How embaressing! The guy had a female's name and everything and on the profile pic there was a girl in the middle of two lads so I automatically thought it was a female.

I added them on facebook and they wanted to know who I was so I used 'i think you know my friend' (song_bird). It's a good job really. He eventually accepted and I had a flick through the pictures and it turned out to be a dude

Anyone else made this error? I've just sort of continued leaving 'x' and my name on the end of my messages to make it look like it's what I send everyone. It's embaressing though!

Embarrising... nope never messsaged a man, but i have accidently messaged a girl who looked older, but i blocked her when she told me her age.... ultimatly though facebook is a minefield!
