What kind of sets the mood might be to subtly work in the words "sauna" (eg. in a list of hobbies or a story) and "massage" (you want to take classes, she might offer to go together) and see how she reacts.

I can't say this will work as well with others as it does for me. But this is what I do. If a girl compliments my looks when we first talk i'll return it by telling them they are attractive. I don't say "hot". I simply say attractive. If she doesn't say anything right away, I'll sneak it in a bit later. So that part of everything is out of the way. She knows I'm attracted and odds are i'll get a reply of sorts on it. There is no timeline as to when I first turn things to being sexual. If I had to guess it would be 30 minutes to an hour in. I'm not raunchy with it. The key is to bring up kissing. I'll give a few examples here. If the girl doesn't speak for awhile I may say "why the delay? Are you busy thinking about making out with me?" Maybe it isn't a delay but she may say some crap about needing to cuddle or snuggle because she's cold. I'd just say "well cuddling almost always leads to kissing and if you're going to make out with me then be warned now that I don't make out unless I get to use my hands". Pretty much anything that gets said will lead me to say something similar to this. If I have a girl thinking about doing that with me and allowing my hands on her and able to wander, it's pretty clear that it wouldn't be a "cuddle buddy" situation.
