Okay, I've been playing on plenty of fish and I've message a few girls, changing my angle and tactics as I go. I'm learning as I go but need a bit of help with the next part. Hopefully someone can help me out here!

i think you did rather well. you do have to be a bit careful with being the zany guy too much at first. women do get a lot of over top guys that may ask for marriage right away or just come across as having mental issues. you got her talking to you. you kept her entertained and i'm assuming interested and/or intrigued. i think that you should maybe slow down a little and show a bit more of a serious side. yes still make a joke or be silly but mixed in with some seriousness. basically show you can talk and carry on a normal conversation to a degree. i'd suggest maybe doing a bit of storytelling or more precisely talking of little things you like but in story form. For example in the movie "Pulp Fiction', Uma Thurman goes to the ladies room only to return and to comment how she just loves to come back and have her food waiting for her. But let's say you have a similar type like, you can stretch it out. I think doing things like that help create interest. Plus in your current stage, it changes the pace up a bit and makes you seem like you notice the little things. I'll do a somewhat ridiculous version of what I mean.

"I don't know how aware you are of this, but there isn't much on earth better than a new pair of socks. You ladies have all of these different options but guys only have the choices of bare feet, white socks or dress socks. It really doesn't matter what you talk about. It's basically used to control the elements of conversation. Plus it keeps things from getting to the standstill of asking what her favorite color is.
