Facebook poke method.... umm what?

So I tried the facebook poke method. I poked twenty girls and only one poked back. I sent her this classic line

"Hey you know its not safe to poke strangers! I guess your parents never taught you that! :)"

No response.

What is the deal? How come it works for everyone else and not me?

I had the exact same thing happen. Poked over twenty, got one back, then got no response when I messaged her.

You cant even poke people when you do a profile search. :-/

I just send out mass messages to people, about 1/5 responde back. and about 1/5 of those are solid hooks. Its about 1/25 messages to get a # close.

It looks like my game is a numbers game :D

hmmm is the first thing you write to the girl ( as opener) is "Hey you know its not safe to poke strangers! I guess your parents never taught you that! " i think this is use after the opener. example :
you hi there;
hb hi :);
you : "Hey you know its not safe to poke strangers! I guess your parents never taught you that! "

i tried it this week, only poked one and get one reply, she said

Its also naughty 2 tlk 2 strangers i guess ur parents neva taught u tht lol x

now im stuck on what to say. i've tried to do the poking before and i had a good response...only number closed once with it and msn closed like 5 times

Hey chaps,

Heres the orignal post with the whol routine. I used this uccessfully on the first attempt! I fucked up by waiting days to text her though! SO if you dio this I recommend you message her pretty damn quick afterwards, like next day so she doesnt forget you (which happend to me lol)
