I created a plentyoffish profile today to get just any sort of experience with women. I figured I'd rather get my start online as its safer, and you can still learn alot from fuckups and developing conversational game.

I've only messaged five girls so far, 2 messages are still unread and the 3 that are have gotten me no responses.[I consider myself at the very least an average/slightly below average looking guy, with HORRIBLE game]Btw..all of my pictures are taken by myself because I never take pictures with friends since I never hang out with people, but they're all of me in different colored shirts. Should I just go outdoors[like hiking] and have some random person take a picture of me??

The first girl I messaged went like this..
Title: Since you were wondering...[the only thing I really know is to make a catchy title so they actually open up your message]

Body: yes..it did hurt when I fell from heaven Then I commented how that was was lame but I wasn't and "lemme prove it to you"

Then I made a comment how she prolly gets it alot but her smile is too pretty[I really meant it though she has a gorgeous smile..I thought itd be ok to say this because she had a bit of a nerdy type profile and a pic of her next to an ugly friend] then I said it was the only thing I could focus on and hoped that she got back to me soon. Later I saw that it said she read it and deleted it.

Second girl:

she made a comment saying she wants someone who has time and patience for her so I open up saying hi and that I'd like to dedicate some time and patience towards her. She had one picture of a bright blue hoodie and the rest her clothes were dark. I said she should wear brighter colored clothing because it really brings out her pretty hair and face and told her to get back at me if she was interested. It says she read my message but never got back to me.

Third girl:
Title: [Making a comment about something but not answering it in the message]

I then said "she's the type of girl I'd like to get to know better" and to get back at me if she was interested. Her profile was pretty basic and didnt have much.

Oh yeah, I think my profile is pretty good. Most guys dont put much stuff but mine has many DHVs such as..

I'm laid back, into MMA and NFL, how I'm teaching myself a foreign language and want to learn many others, and how I'm about to do kickboxing

Hey man,

90% of the time, girls don't care as much about your opening message as they do about your profile.

From what I can tell, you are DHVing yourself on your profile. The problem is, to a girl this looks like you are qualifying yourself. At best it looks like bragging.

The number one problem guys from the 'community' have online is they think they're DHVing themselves when they are really qualifying themselves.

I disagree, Hot Girls get 40+ guys messaging them daily, out of that only 1 or 2 guys get a response why ? becuase of their opening message, you could send 10000 messages saying you are hot, and no matter how good your profile is i doubt you would get even one reply.
Agreed The im teaching myself a foreign language is a bit braggy, its the type of thing you would put on your cv lol

I honestly didnt put it on there to brag I was trying to make it look like I was serious about making a profile because I was so I was trying to tell people who read it about myself. Guess it does look that way though thank you for the feedback
