So there's this girl at my work, but we are both WAY to busy to talk to each other. I can tell she's interested in me by the way she looks at me. it is definitely a different look than just a "hi i see you" look.

she has a facebook, do you guys think its a good idea to add her on facebook? and what's a good opener if i do add her on FB?

I wouldn't add her on facebook, it probably won't make you look good. Go start a conversation with her, or better yet, don't mix business with pleasure.
