So I just texted with this girl yesterday and she texted me today abt this list of things shed wanted to do that we had been talking about, do i reply today? and if i dont, when and do I ignore that text?

one thing you can do is to leave the decision of when to reply by chance - roll a dice (die) and reply after that many hours eg roll a 6 so wait 6 hours before replying. If you continue this random method the girl will not spot a pattern in replying. Also it will help you discipline yourself to stop you becoming too needy. If you find yourself really keen to break the limit then ask yourself why?

I operate a 'rule' where I either ignore their text, reply almost immediately or reply the following day. I never explain anything to them! You have to accept that you may lose them whatever you choose to do.
