They always reply with their answers but i have no clue where to take the conversation next? Any ideas?

I took a speech class once, and they defined words like "um, well, like", etc as "powerless speech". (except "like", when it's used appropriately instead of as a spacer). Compare:

I just... um... thought we'd... you know... go out sometime.
vs.
I think we should go out.

I see what you're going for, but I'm not sure if girls see the message as cocky/funny or weak because of that.

Anyway, if you're getting messages, it's all good.

I'd take one or more of her answers and expand on it/them. (zebra, oh I saw them on a safari once) or (really? if you could travel anywhere, you'd still stay in the states? Not very adventurous, are you ;P).

That's just my take though.
