But what about, when you meet a girl, but your myspace conversations or msn conversations weren't exactly all that flirty...
I'm seeing a girl, I just added 2 days ago on Myspace, so after 2 days she accepted to go out with me...
So, idk whats on her mind if we're going just to meet each other as friends, or if she wants something else..
So anyways, when you do meet up... how do you convey .. Idk... flirty... wanting something more..??
Or is this more of a mid game issue??

You will be able to convey that you are interested in being more than friends by the conversation topics that you choose, if you sexualize the conversation, and KINO!

I would add that it's vital to start kino as early as possible - minor touches and escalate.
