Ok....Im totally new to the online sarging...but I'll try and summarize first...

Met this hot drunk girl at the bus station who was looking for her phone...She ended up on my bus and we got chatting. She said she could hook my band up with some local gigs and asked how we could keep in touch. So I ended up with her facebook.

I looked her up when I got in to see if it was legit. Next day she changed her profile picture to Jimi Hendrix...which is kinda strange considering I told her i liked 60s rock stuff. Or was she trying to hide her picture so i couldn't find her?

I havent added her.....but we've been messaging each other for a few days:

Me:Now...I believe you said you would get my band a headline slot at SGP and also glastonbury next year. I've gone ahead and booked my train ticket for Glastonbury. I assume you've already sorted out what time we're going on stage etc? I also demand that the backstage area be cleared of any people when I arrive. Thanks for sorting this out.

Her: Haha whatever don't take advantage of my drunken state. Sgp I can do but Glastonbury is something else! How do you know (mutual friend)?

Me: So Im not playing Glastonbury now?

Your lies make baby Jesus cry....Well...you can certainly re pay me for my train ticket then. I accept cash, cheque or beer. Your choice.

I used to work with (mutual fried) at 'X'. Total nightmare of a place...im sure he'd tell you what a motivated worker I was...

How do you know him?

Her: Haha as if
Erm he pretty much lives next to me :)

Me: I suppose thats the best thing about living on the caravan site then?

-------------------
Quick Note:
(Caravan site=trailer park....Glastonbury=Huge music festival)

So yeah....I dont know how im coming off here...too weird? Should I add her as a friend?

I was hoping she'd play along with the 'paying me in beer' thing...but she kind of ignored that and didnt ask a follow up question. Again, im new to all this online stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get across that you're interested in her and not just her band promoting skills/job.

I would not have answered the question about the friend so readily.

I would be very wary of any communication with anyone drunk.

Interesting. Why would that be?

Answering *directly* shows you conforming to her, maybe a sign of weakness. You know - she asks you to jump and you do it so there's no challenge to her.

I think David DeAngelo suggests never answering a woman's questions directly, answer with a joke, ignore them, or answer the question later. When they are wanting an answer the power is in your hands. When you've given that answer you've lost any power.

Here's a real life example of how I screwed this up once. I was travelling on a train and this cute blonde girl was listening to music on an ipod and sort of doing a little dance in her seat and mouthing words to the songs I guess. We flirted quite a bit by smiling at each other and giving on off eye contact. During the journey she got out a book - an English language thing about learning Italian. I live in Switzerland and it is very difficult to tell who speaks English or not just by their looks. I thought the book was a dead giveaway. I realised I could not let this opportunity go and I decided to approach her properly when I got off the train. She got off at the same stop and I managed to catch up with her and walked side by side. I started off by talking to her in English and she gave me a puzzled look and asked how I knew she was an English speaker. I didn't answer and she got more interested and I started to move away from her. She was virtually running after me and wanted to know how I knew. I've never experienced that before and I quickly crumbled and told her I had spotted her book. The conversation slowed down and faltered about 2 minutes later. I'm certain I could have held out longer before answering correctly.

Wow. Good reply...thanks!

I cant believe I forgot that DeAngelo stuff...school boy error.

Oh well...lesson learned.

To be honest I dont think this will ever go anywhere..she never responded to my last comment....I'll leave it for a while then maybe invite her to a gig or something.
