haha any girl from my highschool now is either fat, let go, or comes with 2 kids with no supportive dad in their life lol. Glad I stayed in shape!

This should be easy. You could say something like "do I know you? you look familiar" or "dam i think I know you from my past, hows it going?" or just "hey whats up?"

Don't put too much thought into it.
If she gives you a long reply, id take it as an IOI.

If she eventually tells you what shes been doing, then you can go "blah blah blah, oh yeah this weekend i got a club event im going to, you should come along"

I havent tried this yet, because all the girls from my highschool days are pretty nasty now lol
