she added me on facebook randomly (i guess we went to high school together). we sent a few messages back and forth, normal chit-chat, and then i felt the op to ask her out for coffee. she replies

that's so cliche, coffee. the only problem i hate dates because there is so much pressure. maybe we could get some friends together and go paint balling? or now is the season huanted house or corn maze!

to which i replied

haha, the pressure of meeting someone new too extreme for you? paintballing sounds like fun but it doesn't say much about you. all i'm promising for now is good conversation =]

and it's been practically a week with no reply. so my question is, do i follow up with something like

'you must be either real shy or real shallow. am i right?'

or just give her my aim SN and hope for the best?

ugh sounds like you suggest something utter boring and she wanted to do something fun... her haunted house idea sounds good say you haven't been in a long time, dark place scared girl lead her away from her friends.... Those lines are pretty long you guys can probably talk then. Corn Maze sure u go there with friends but you can get lost together.

I think you should just say on second thought, I haven't been to a haunted house in quite a long time. Do you know of any good ones to go to? I get pretty scared in those places you might have to hold my hand..
