So there's this girl I added online and been talking with for some time.

I tried to build rapport and make her laugh but she wouldn't show interest in meeting me in person. She was always busy at the times I tried to set up something.

Now, yesterday I shifted the interaction and begun putting myself as the prize and being more down to earth to the point she said "please make me laugh". At one point she asked "What are your plans for tomorrow?" and started listing a bunch of cool stuff I would do today and then asked "why?" and she was like "nothing... just curious.".
Ok. So today at morning I entered MSN quickly and right away she messaged me "hey!" and I answered back "hey" and I stayed quite, and then she asked "what happened?" (like if I was mad or something), and I said "nothing" and then I said "I have to go out for lunch. Talk to you later. kiss" and she was like "ohh staaayyy!!! =(((" and then she said "kiss... good lunch".

Now I want you guys advice if I'm doing it right and how should I go from now own. I got her chase me a little.
How can I flip this dynamic for her to be willing to see me in person?

try asking her along to something cool that you are doing, like a comedy club some live music etc... that way by asking her along, you can put the emphasis on that you'll be going anyway rather than you straight up asking her out to spend time with you. then if she says no to that then just keep up being unavailable, pressed for time so that to talk to you shes going to have to meet up. if she doesn't wana meet up, move on you'll find plenty that will.
