It's good that you're the one leaving first. It subcommunicates that you're a busy person, and would love to talk to her but sometimes can't. It also prevents the conversation from getting boring and minimizes the opportunities there are for saying something that would turn her off. ^^b

You didn't give a timeframe for how much time lapsed from one chat to the other. Your goal is to get her number now. But I can't really say you should #close immediately.
