Hey guys, I'm new to all this and am sick of not having the wherwithall to approach attractive women, I'm sick of having absolutely zero game (when I want it), I'm sick of being close to pulling birds only to have someone else swoop in.

I was hoping for some suggestions on where to start. I have been reading a lot of websites and picking up a lot of useful info. but so far it has been pretty disjointed and not in any chronological order.

I picked up the rules of the game, by Neill Strauss and am going to get stuck into that soon, but I was just wondering if there was any particular reading material or NLP audio tracks that would be good to listen to, or are there any areas that I should look at first.

Also, any online dating tip would be much appreciated.

hey, I think you should read "the game" by neil strauss to if you haven't already, it's bloodly brillant, it shows you how the routines and openers can be applied and used in an affective way, it helped me loads..

"the Lay guide" is pretty useful to

Just knowing that they work boosts your confiedence up afew levels and with that your game grows with it..

To be honest, I don't think you should read "the game" to have a deeper understanding I read it, which took me a lot of time to do and it didn't really helped me at all maybe, just, to remember to be yourself and to try to be more natural and less canned but, that's about it. I think the message of the book is to learn the game but be yourself.
If you guys saw the PUA season 1 and 2 you can totally see nerds (like us) became something they are not! they got game but it's all canned they look like mimics of mystery.

the METHOD is awesome but about 80% of the responses are of people who just used the same neg the same opener and all in all the same words... this was an example of METHOD 1 and people took the example and didn't think of something of their own. that's why openers and negs stop working cuz it becames common to ask about the cheating gf.

And why would you want NLP tracks?

Well put, i know what you mean about being yourself, that is key! But for me it helped me out loads, really made sense of how things can work, was like learning from a cook book, you read the recipe then change it to your taste, with the guide you could end up with a meal that hits the spot or a burnt pile of rubbish.

Again I'm not arguing that its the bible of pick up and should be followed to the T, i'm just saying it can help some people like me, gain some confidence and I can see how some people wouldn't find it useful. Thinking of your own openers and routines is part of the fun.

Also I do agree NLP isn't for me ether, takes the real chase away.
