First off, it's so funny cause I was going to put "Need Help Now" as my title, but someone beat me too it, lol.

Anyway, I tested out a few lines from the board, and was suprised how well they worked. I used a few opinion openers and have landed a few IM's names, now what?

What do I do now?

I would like to build a sense of comfort, attraction and maybe even some lust or horniness.

What is the best way to get the ball rolling through IM? and maybe even phone?

Ok, so I started IM'ing with a few girls and found that a neg or some cocky/funny really seemed to get them interested.

Going to play around on IM a little bit more, then go for the phone number.

Now when I get the phone number and call, what sort of patterns/routines would be good to run here?

It all depends on how much good ground/brownie points you've stacked up prior to the phone call. I.e if you established some good rapport on IM,nice cocky and funny and you DO get the number,best thing to do is call and arrange to meet up over the weekend or whenever.
Something like this(on phone):

'Hey how are you(small talk).Get at LEAST ONE SMALL CONVO going to break the ice(could be about some events that happened to you,news anything!)Once the convo's a bit warmer you can say:'Hey,so now that I've heard your voice I'm more convinced you're not a 50 year old balding white dude behind a computer screen..(she'll laugh depending how you say it).So when we gonna meet up in REAL life for some..coffee/fun/etc.?Then see what happens.(should last 5 mins)

The good thing about her giving you her number,is that she's accepted you and is hopefully giving you a shot at her.So don't be afraid to ask for the meet up.

Establish STRONG Rapport on IM and the call is easy!
Be CONFIDENT on the phone(still bring in your jokes,cockyiness etc they'll be more effective here).
Dont be too long,GET TO THE POINT and the rest is history.
