Ok so I totally forgot about this girl, and I don't know why. I messaged her like a month ago, making some crack about how she wanted to learn to play golf, and save her money and frustration. Anyway, she replied with her AIM name, and said to message her sometime. She is like a HB8 at least.

A couple of reasons I forgot about messaging her again. First off, her AIM is on her phone, so she is always going to be Online. I didnt want to message her when she was out doing something, basically saying, "hey its POF guy." Anyway the time has passed on that. I know if I am going to open her again, I'm going to have to send a POF message so she doesnt think I'm a creep. (Oh yeah I also started messing with my ex-GF a little the week that I messaged this girl, so there's my better excuse.)


Anyway, whats a good creative way to open this girl back up? She knows I checked the message, and she knows I never messaged her back. Ideas welcome!

I'd like to add my own two cents here:

On average, attractive women receive 30-50 messages per day (and on the busier sites even 100+)..so say you didnt talk to her for a month, that means around 1500 messages from other men. Even if 99% of those messages SUCK (and they do), that would still mean she has met 15 interesting fellas according to the numbers.

In other words: chances are that she has forgotten alll about you. Why? Because the minute you stand out and she grabs the bait, it's time to reel them in while you're still in the top shelf..otherwise you may need to start all over again. That's a possible DISADVANTAGE.

Secondly, realize that chasing around that one, special girl is needy. It doesn't hurt to be persistent AT ALL, but remember that if you make getting this one girl TOO important..you will enter ALL interactions with her needy, desperate and powerless because you will do a lot - everything to be with her, a.k.a. one-itis. Also a possible DISADVANTAGE.

And now, for the Online game diehards, some advanced stuff: there IS no disadvantage in my book when I just like the challenge and not the girl (too much), and here's what I would do...

>> Send her a message in which I refer to her sucking so much at playing golf as that will remind her of our previous chat as soon as she sees who said it..and THEN I would REVERSE the situation: I wasn't the one that never replied, SHE was. How? Simply remind her and then bust her balls by saying: "you know, you gave me your AIM (display her AIM so she knows you're not lying) and I thought hey a fun girl..so I sent you a message, but you didn't get back to me. Why? I'm not a piece of meat you can drewl over all day you know, I have feelings too! And I think you need to make up for it by buying me dinner "

SHE doesn't know you didn't say a word after getting her AIM.. how could she? because as soon as you have multiple conversations going on, on any phone..its hard to track all convos (and everybody with a phone knows this)..so its easy to accidently skip a convo (YOUR convo). And by accusing her of taking advantage of you like you're some piece of meat, you accuse a WOMAN of doing to you what MEN always do to women: looking at looks and not character..and its wickedly effective stuff.

And believe me, you could win this thing if you challenge her with a deal in which you teach her how to play golf..for which she has to take you out to dinner (to make up for the AIM accident). Great thing about it: screw if you know how to play golf, because these days you can also do that on a Wii and you never told her with WHAT you were going to teach her how to play golf = a very good tease as well.

So always reverse...I always do that with missed calls, text messages, even AIMs..works every time
