Yeah kind of it's an IOI some people are just being polite. I like looking for combinations of this before I really say someone is interested but we're on the right track.
So she responded back to us which is great and you initiated the conversation. You need to stack to something else. This conversation is going to run it's course quickly. You could say something to the effect of "I was curious. You know it's amazing how many people lie in their profiles using contacts to change eye color, fake pictures, etc. Have you ever caught anyone doing that? I mean really how bad of self esteem do you have to have to do that?"
Just try to start a new conversation.
