I've been on a paid dating site or two while I still needed to learn how to meet and date women online...and I've been through some pretty sticky situations in doing so...
Being ripped off on sites that charge you by the message and not by the month (so being popular with the ladies would mean slowly becoming dead broke..)
Paying for 3 months in advance only to find out that there were almost NO women my age on those sites, and other trials and tribulations.
Don't get me wrong: I've met and dated beautiful, attractive, intelligent women with my paid dating profiles...so I'm not here to bash on paid dating, but the fact of the matter is: it's PAID, which means there's more risk involved then on social networking sites..because it's not only your heart that's at stake there, but your wallet TOO.

Avoid the seductive sleazeballs on your left…because no matter how many members their paid dating site has or how sweet their offer sounds, if you have to pay for anything else BUT a monthly subscription? Never sign up. I´ve made the mistake of signing up with one where you had to pay around a dollar for every 5 messages you would send. Because I needed about 4 to 5 messages to get the job done…getting ANY woman´s contact info would cost me a dollar, forgetting the fact that A) THEY need to have credit too and 50% doesn´t, and B) at best, the response rate (the number of messages you send versus the number of replies you receive) is 50%...and then you really have to be able to kick more ass than Bruce Lee on "special medication." Moral of the story: sending 20 messages (follow up ones and ones that never got a reply) for 1 phone number or IM address = 4 dollars for EVERY woman! So if you can´t pay for a monthly subscription, move on.
2. Avoid falling into the pit that´s just around the corner…get a rope around your waste and climb a bit done first to see what´s on the bottom and only THAN decide to ge to the bottom of it. Most paid dating sites offer `buy me now for 3 months and you´ll pay x amount of dollars less per month!…package deals. But think that through: if it´s gonna cost you 20 bucks a month but you´ll ´only´ pay 15 per month for 3 months…you just WASTED 45 dollars when you find out that paid dating site is not what you´re looking for! I scrambled past 3 paid dating sites until I found the one that was right for me…so be sure to pay for one month only, see if the options for profiles and messaging AND the women on there are for you and only decide to buy more months at the END of the first one. Save yourself the money and spend it on something that actually gives you RESULTS when you feel the site ain´t right.
3. First look at the map before you start running along the path…because you don´t really KNOW what kind of members the paid dating site has until you FIND OUT. There are some who have thousands and thousands of 40+ members, but only a couple hundred from 18-25…and when you´re 20…that´s not a good choice huh? When you´re into asian women, try to find a paid dating site for asian women in your area or country instead of messaging way less exciting ´regular´ women. So first take a look around and see if you can find a BETTER spot before you settle for less…and there´s almost always a better spot that has juuuust a little more options, more women that are your type, etc.
4. Don´t believe what the fake tits are saying while you´re on your way…please, a paid dating site for Asian women is NOT a site where you order a bride from Thailand. And a paid dating site where you want to meet and date women online is NOT a site where profile photos consist of boobies and ass, descriptions talk about joining 18+ webcams or that you should visit her xxx porn site. A paid dating site is a site where you can set up a profile ´for all ages´, THEN search for women with the search criteria you prefer and where you message the ones you like…instead of receiving Asian bodies through FedEx or messaging accounts of porn websites or sexcams. It gets even worse when those sites allow you to ´donate´ money to women…you are NOT paying women so they´ll date you, because THAT is called prostitution. You attract and date women because of who you are, not because of how you spend your money on her (gold digger anyone?). If you´re so desperate that you fall for these kind of cons, it´s time to work on your insecurities, your way of thinking…
