I've been talking to her for about a month now, and asked her out on the phone. The thing is, she works pretty much 24/7 and lives about an hour away. I think I might have messed things up a bit...We finally set a date, but she calls me every other day and we talk for about an hour. Should I talk to her less often? Also, we're pretty much done with all the interview questions and everything. Should I tell some more DHV stories? or do I just need to keep it natural and just pretty much "shoot the shit?" with her?

Talking for a month and no meetup?? Leave it alone dude. It's much too late. If you meet her now you're already in the friend-zone. If you want any chance at still getting her, try this:

Turn your sound system up. Go to your phone to change your voicemail. When it starts recording, say "hello" really loud, like over the music. Then say "what, I can't hear you, hold on." Then go turn down the music. And say "hello" again. Then say "I still can't hear you. Leave a message."

Then don't talk to her for a few days. Wait until she leaves a message that she "needs" to talk to you. Then you can call her back.

I'd turn down the frequency of the times you pick up on the phone. Obviously, your reason for not picking up will have to depend on the time of day that she calls.

I.E if she calls at say 6pm, you can say you were hanging out with some friends watching [some TV show] or [some film] or the likes.

It'll make you seem more in demand and thus she'll have to work a little harder to get you.

Talk shit with her on the phone. A great thing I use is if a girl calls me stupid or uses some other joking lame insult, I'll respond with
Say it fairly fast, loaded with emotion and she will laugh her ass off.
Talk shit, make her laugh and she'll love you.
