This is my first online sarge on facebook. Asked an opinion opener to some random girl in the same university whom i've never met before. It goes like this:

ME: you look like someone who can answer my question.
OK, my mates and I were out clubbing yesterday and this girl kisses him, but he's gotta girlfriend. Is that cheating?

Her: do i know you?! and for the record, yes its cheating- he shouldnt have put himself in the position where she was able to kiss him.

How do respond playfully and keep the conversation going?

first off, you need to think of openers that dont put you in that situation..

i would transfer into a "what would you do in this situation" routine.. negging her on her replies slightly :)

good luck

"Do I know you?"

"I might be good looking but I'm not a mindreader. Do you? You sure look familiar."

From here you can always read her interests, bullshit about how you always go to X interest shop/place "yes! from there!". It's surprisingly easy to plant memories. If not move on, shes not worth your time. Who's loss is it anyway? :P

Won't help with the response but there's some incongruity in that opener, first your talking plural, and then you suddenly switch to singular without any reference to who it is. It's like you missed out half the story. plus if you want to avoid 'who are you' provide a reasonable explanation as to why you're asking someone completely random. an angle on that is you want an unbiased opinion.

after "clubbing yesterday.." you could have said "My m8 Joe was innocently dancing with a girl, who then kisses him out of the blue"....

I didn't say you where totally screwed. Even with those responses she is bound to throw up a bitch shield. Yes you can take it down but it be a lot of work and I like to do less work as possible.
