Well I don't know if anyone else was following my other online sarge but basically this is the first response I've had from this chick since I sent her the opener at the same time as I opened the girl from the other sarge nearly 3 weeks ago. Being as though she has waited THIS long to make the first reply (aswell as the nature of the message) I wonder what to do.

For the start of my follow up it is just about the are you shy question. Now the rest is where I try to get a little tricky "Also, I'm not sure but, I think you know my friend? (Btw I notice you're a virgo, happy birthday be it before or after this message)" Funny thing is I actually DO know her friend (saw him in a few of hers pics), I went to school with him as a kid and we see each other every now and again, just have the usual catch up talk and that's it. So I figured that could be a way of getting her chatting. Then with the virgo and birthday thing I guessed that may also be an interesting thing to do but maybe I should leave it out or save it for later, I'm kinda 50/50 on that.

Leave your thoughts guys, I'm really hoping I can figure out the rest for myself for the rest of the interaction but I just got bewildered by this (particularly the amount of time she left it to reply)

Yeh I guess I may aswell. Only reason I don't wanna screw up is there aren't many chicks about on myspace that login regularly for me to game, so anyone that I do I wanna take as far as possible lol.
I think I'll use the message I put above but leave out the starsign happy b-day thing.

I'd leave out the Virgo/Happy Birthday bit...seems to nice for right now. Your shy comment is cocky funny and the part about knowing her friend establishes something else to talk about.

Wait to see what her response is and you can use the Virgo/Birthday thing later if need be. You don't want to stack one message with too many opens, otherwise you'll look like you're trying too hard. Just my opinion, though

I sent the message last night and left out the virgo thing. I don't know if I have had any reply yet though coz myspace is making updates or something so I can't get on there for now but I'm pretty confident about how this can go.
