I haven't used that opener before, I might give it a go though.. Although I prefer completely random ones where they are like wtf?!

Now you have to seem really interesting to her.. someone different etc blah blah same old stuff.

I'd suggest being mysterious and like..

"Let me find out? All you have to do is answer a question...

(Insert a cold read q for her personality here)

Sign your name"

If she doesn't reply then shes a ho LOL, if she does, make her like WOW with the read and then game her from there :)

Well the 'maybe' response is one that is really inviting you to show YOU are interesting enough. So like Hood said start with 'Lets find out'. Its a similar response to the same maybe from the 'Do you want to kiss me' K close. You really can go anywhere with this.

'So there's a lot of good looking girls out there but what would make me want to get to know you over them'

Or

' Lets find out. Im going to get your opinion on this and then i will judge' Then go into an opinion opener

Even going into a question gambit would work.

got shot down with the line online from the myspace girl.

but i used it at a bar the other night and well she started talking about her self and telling me more about her and exchanged numbers and been talking.

Ahh. Good work man :)

Yeah, I reckon it's a keeper for the nightclub/bar game. Its different, funny, neggy and sets you up for a good convo since she has to obviously validate herself to you!

and in a bar/club they can physically see the "other" attractive women...so it's a plausible threat that you could go chat up someone else. online that effect isn't there as much

dunno if there's a way to imply similar as effectively online or not
