So I arranged a meet up with a girl this saturday and I was wondering should I text her at least once a day? Or can I leave a day in between texts? This is the problem with waiting a week to meet up. I have messaged at least once a day except yesterday, not sure if it is necessary or not.

I would stagger it, text her Mon (skip Tue) Wed, (skip thu) - Unless she texts me. I would then reply to her and let her chase me. But if they don't text you then Stagger things.

Fridays and Saturdays are prime days that you shouldn't trade off for some attention for a girl. Most people are busy Fri/Sat night, you don't want to lose value by texting her at 10pm on these premium nights. You're an attractive busy guy, right?

Sunday is good.

Then, text her the day before and say 'Bla bla, see you tomorrow' and see how she responds to this. If it's solid you should be good to meet.

A lot of guys are afraid of talking to a girl too much before a date because then you wouldn't have anything to talk about. I think of it differently... Over the phone or over text before the date you can get all the fluff out of the way, flirt, start some inside jokes that you can use on the date and start the actual date with a better vibe.
