I dont know if any of you have noticed lately, but it seems like the quality of women on okcupid has taken a turn for the worse...

I live in Dallas, lots of hot girls used to get on OKC...

But now all of the matches come up as blacks and ugly white girls...

Have you all noticed a change in girls on OKC?

HAHA. I just joined OK Cupid last week. I was not at all impressed. I ended up disabling it.

I mean it's like nothing but pages of your typical overweight girl with the top down selfies. That or a cute pic of of a fat chick when they were still thin, followed up by a few more pics of them still thin, and drop in at least 1 pic of them now with the extra weight. What's the logic?
The thing that gets me is the "bait and switch" backwards logic. As if any guy is going to click on the profile, thinking she's the 60lbs lighter pic and then be pleasantly surprised by the overweight ones.

I digress-

It's the exact opposite thing you want to do with profile pictures. You want an element of surprise. Something that sticks out and catches their attention. For example, I'll put a good enough picture for my primary one, and then throw a better picture somewhere in the middle. It's kind of like when you're on Facebook and you're sitting there looking at the same baby pictures, and then somebody posts a picture of swimsuit model. It's so completely out of the grain, it throws you out of your fog and evokes new and different emotions. That's how you gotta game it with your profile pics.

I know what PUAHollywood is talking about when he recommends getting a professional photographer. Because back in the day when all cameras were 3 megapixels, my friend had some pro Cannon studio recorder. I ran it through my computer and took some video stills, and it actually made me look like I was in a movie. I posted it online and nailed it. It was that compared to everyone else's cruddy-ass scanned in photos and camera phone pics. Nobody could come close to it.
