" I see, my family makes the best caribbean dishes, well hot and cooked. Are you a good cook?"

"yes i am..'

"It's amazing that you know how to cook. You just earn some major points on my attraction scale"

"aha..thanks.. wait..can you cook?"

She read the message and did not repond after that. What should i have said, can i save the conversation?

Your having a regular conversation that can easily lead you into the friend zone. You qualified her and she jumped through your loop. You should have escalated with some flirting or sexual innuendos.
Let a couple days pass and give her time to respond. If she doesnt then just act like the silence was never there. Try to reopen with a situational opener

Her answers were too brief. Not a good time to go on a date. It's a girl being bitchy to you in person , and then you ask her on a date, you're rewarding shitty behaviour.

If she starts messaging you questions etc you know she is invested a bit, THEN ask her on a date.

Id have said something like "yeah but thats your job ", Or something that shows you can cook but you dont do it for just any girl.

All of your messages are long and elaborate. She's replying with 5 words each time, and not asking questions back. She's not invested in you...

You could possibly steer her back into things if you can make things interesting again.

Two things,

1. You Need more volume.

You need to send out 10X the amount of messages you are currently sending. Massive volume is the key to approaching and online dating.

2. Use the same script for every girl.

Close with something like this line:
