I've been in a SERIOUS rut lately, my Online game is good -- my profile is getting me comments and etc. my issue is what comes after it.

Can someone walk me through what happens next. I'll explain: What's the first thing I should text a girl when I get her number I usually say "Hey X, its Ricky here's my #. What days work best for you" I sort of rush it here and I noticed the ones I joked around with first remembered me. It's like once I text them everything gets messed up and they DON'T REPLY. Or I'll say, hey are you busy? They say no and I'll call them. They don't pick up. I'll tell them to call me that night in the VM and they don't call. I called one girl 3 times in a few days with no answer.

The texting and calling part is really messed up. All the stuff I say is completey wrong. This part of my game needs to be urgently explained. Help!!!

First off, only call to fix logistics if the texting is too complicated. Never leave a voice message. The whole purpose of texting is to get them to a date in person, so if you are spending a lot of time in regular conversation, that's where you're losing them.
