Heres a few quick ideas:
1. Get better pics; your pics communicate that you are potentially a bit uncomfortable with being in social situations or are really excited to have a picture taken.... Try to take some like this
Ones with girls lovin' on you
Ones with you looking really cool and 'fly'
Ones with you being the center of attention in a cool situation
2. Your profile is far too serious unless you are looking for a serious relationship off the bat.
If you are looking for more casual sex I would recommend having more fun and being 'lighter'
