So had a strong response to a message I sent but haven't had a reply to my last message despite the site saying she's been online a couple times since (I've been messaging at night and getting a reply back the next morning up to now).

Would of asked her about Canada which she mentions last as we've both recently been travelling but thought I'd get to the point of asking her out as she implied it right at the start and would rather leave as much as possible to discuss in person.

Asking now so I don't end screwing things up.. would I be best to wait a few days, ask how things went with her friends and what she'd previously got up to on her travels before pushing to meet up again?

You shouldn't take online dating so serious. Most people just use the internet for narcissistic means anyway. She's obviously using you to inflate her ego. If she really was interested she would've said something like, "Here's my number, let's hang out" within the first few days. Next her.
