I have a few questions about Hotornot.com that didn't get answered by the search results.

I created a hotornot account just so I could get some pictures rated. I've uploaded several pictures and I've rated other people more than enough but my ratings stopped at 65. My question is do you have to buy credits now to continue the service or what?

My account isn't verified yet, but I'm not willing to sync it with my Facebook for privacy reasons.

Is there anyone out there with experience from this site?
Also, are there any other free photo rating sites of merit?
