i havent messaged too many girls yet because I've been changing my profile to get it to the point where girls are messaging me. ive gotten some responses but they've all fizzled out. had one girl message me on okcupid last week but i think i blew it by asking for her number in my first message back to her. this is the latest version of my profiles. go ahead and cut it up.

Firstly, 499 girls out of 500 will not initiate contact and message you first so get that idea out of your head. As ego inflating the thought is, it just isn't realistic.

All of your pictures are of just you, get pictures of you having a laugh with the boys and of you with attractive women. The nephew picture is a winner - KEEP!

Change the profession, keep it something jokey though. Maybe "Consultant at Awesome Inc". Though I'd go for something straight up silly but it needs to congruent to your personality, if silly isn't 'you' then don't do it.

The very first thing you write is "Tired of..." why the negativity?! That will come across so turn that frown upside down.

The cocky spike is too high in my opinion but it has worked for others before so if you can carry it off then power to you. I'll leave that point to someone who adopts more of a similar approach.

You are a good looking dude so as far as internet dating is concerned you are already 90% there!

Yeah i've always sucked at being cocky, I just come off like a huge dick. I am more of a goofball with a weird sense of humor. im thinking about just changing it to being goofy. I don't know, I feel pretty lost. Should I just blow it up and start over?

Better than most profiles. You have the general idea -- being mysterious/funny/unique.

However, the only problem is your second paragraph -- you CLAIM you are unique. When you go shopping for a piece of technology, do you believe the salesman when he tells you it has X and Y features? No, you want to see a demonstration to make sure it has X and Y features.

The concept is the same here. Give women a reason to believe you're in fact unique. This can be accomplished in several ways. You can write a very short story (2-3 sentences) about an adventure of yours (it doesn't need to be with a girl... It can be with a friend). It can also be bullshit if you want, but it needs to be credible.

For your pictures, you have too many. People who say the more the merrier are in the wrong... Because the more pictures you have, the less of a mystery you are. Keep your first three, and the one of you in a dress shirt and dress pants. Never EVER put topless pictures of yourself, no matter how fit you are.
