This is the typical hook for all those AFCs to bite. They will like and flush her inbox with boring response. And she sounds like an attention seeker, so it's best just to play it cool. When it comes to this, I usually flip the question around to tease her or qualify her. Keep it light, sexual and funny.
Your response is too plain, it doesn't generate attraction nor curiosity. It's also a yes or no question. I can already predict her reply, it would be something similar to "yeah" or "maybe". At that point, you would have to reopen again. Try something like this.
EX:
"Only if you don't bite
"
"Only if you have a good sense of humor"
"OMG! I'd love to! But hold on, let me finishing up training my ninja monkeys."
"Perfect. Maybe you can entertain me"
"Like is overrated. Where is the "Inbox is lame. Meet me at Starbuck's in 30 min" button?"
You get the idea. Have an "I don't give a shit about whether you respond or not, I just want to poke fun at you and see if you're worth my time" mindset.
