If you poke her and shes not on YOUR list, and she pokes back then shes mildly interested in you.

So she can see more about you. I find it's best to adjust your privacy settings so they can't see your profile until they're your Facebook friend that means that you get a good chance to give them the chat before they can see all your photos and details.
