l0ck’s GUIDE TO SUCCESFUL ONLINE DATING

This is my basic guideline that I have been working on that has allowed me to get many lay’s and a few relationships via online dating. I have been online dating since I was about 15 or 16 when online dating really started to get around. I never paid and only used cheesy free sites. I did a ton of meeting and interacting through AOL, when it was the big thing around 1996. I was 13 and remember spending all my time online meeting girls in chat rooms and surfing through user profiles for girls that lived near me. I get very good at building attraction and comfort through my keyboard. And needless to say I got really good at getting day 2‘s, before I knew that term of course. But any-who through a ton of trial and error here is what I have discovered and what, to this day works for me. Input and ideas are appreciated but criticism, well like I said this is what has worked for me and I am a pretty happy guy with my results so... Here it is!

USER NAME:
I feel user name is important. I stay away from cheesy handles or slang terms that make me seem like a computer hacker or some video game freak. I use no numbers and make it some sort of abbreviation of my real legal name. I don’t use my real full name due to privacy of course. The reason I found this is important is simply because women especially nowadays are very nervous to meet some guy in person that is surfing an online dating site, thanks to the weirdos in the world that ruin it for everyone else. I feel it eases their mind that you are willing to throw your real name out there.

AGE, SEX, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, BODY TYPE, ETC:
Be honest, seriously. If you plan on meeting up with these girls you got to live up to your profile. I have asked so many women I met online for horror stories and they all say the same thing, “ He didn’t look like his pic “, “ He said he was taller than he really was “, “ He was fat and his profile said he was athletic build “. Honestly is your best policy here.

OCCUPATION:
OK guys this one here is what gets me so many random email’s of girls opening me. You really have to make it something both clever and completely non-existent, but humorous. You want to make it something that she is gonna want to send you an email asking “ Hey whats it like being a retarded dolphin trainer? lol “. This will get you sooo many email’s just plain out of the blue.

RELIGON:
I leave this one alone. Blank, I mean unless you are a real holy roller and want to attract someone that you can goto bible study with what does it matter what your religion is? I never talk about religion, I feel this day and age people are crazy when it comes to religion. I mean lets face it people blow themselves up over this shit.

LOOKING FOR/HERE FOR:
I simply put DATING. I know some will disagree with me here but back to honesty, thats really what myself and everyone on the site is on a DATING SITE for now aren’t we? I tried them all from other relationship to friends and its when I have dating as my preference I get the results.

ABOUT ME:
Here is the trickiest part of the profile in my opinion. I have broken it down and what I got was there are certain things I want to express and get across in this section. I want to keep it not to short but no to long. Between 100-200 words. These are the basic points I want to get across in my profile.

1. What kind of a kid I was when I was younger
2. The biggest challenge/achievement in my life
3. My connection to my family and friends
4. How much I value life and seek adventure from it
5. My goals and aspirations in life

Now I wont go right out and list them but will word them in such a way that it does not’t seem like I am throwing it in their face but almost just casually explaining these things to them. I like to use complex words but only 2 or 3. And spell check is a must. Women actually unlike men take the time to read this section and it necessarily does not’t have to be perfect, it just has to sound like your educated and give a shit about people and life. I have read so many guy’s profile’s and they are all the same. All they talk about is their material items and how many friends they have. They all have something in common and that is they are qualifying and trying to impress. Don’t be one of these guys. Make your profile flow like your casually just explaining and never over explain something.

PICTURES:
I feel this is also a very crucial if not the most crucial part of your profile. First no shirt-less muscle flexing pictures on motorcycles. I however do have shirt-less pictures because I am a MMA fighter and we, well fight shirt-less. See my point? If you are doing something like surfing, then its cool to put a shirt-less picture. I actually do recommend it especially if you are in shape. But here is a list of pictures I have used and had good success with.

1. Picture of you doing some sort of sporting event
2. Picture of you with an animal of any sort ( puppies are great )
3. Picture of you traveling
4. Picture of you with friends doing something adventurous ( not drunk at the club )
5. Picture of you doing something formal in a suit or tuxedo
6. Close up of your face
7. Picture of you at beach doing some sort of activity ( women love the beach, instant commonality )
8. Picture of you with family doing some sort of activity

Now I don’t over do it with a lot of pictures. I like to have between 4-6, I reserve this for future picture swapping later in the attraction phase. Everyone’s pictures are different so through lots of trial and error I have found a set of pictures that work great for me as of right now. So play around with them and see what gets them mailing you telling you they think your a sexy beast!

THE FIRST EMAIL:
If she email’s you then it basically on. They will usually write you an email commenting on something about your profile, or they will be really direct and call you sexy or hot. I feel as though women are really direct and forward through the computer. When she email’s me my response is always the same and I have a pretty good number close success rate with this. “ Hey thanks Kendra! Whats up? Do you txt? “ About 90% of the time you will get an email back like this “ Yeah I love to txt, 781-XXX-XXXX. Hit me up!! “. You will get some responses back like this “I don’t give out my number but here is my AIM name Iamparanoid6378 “. Sometimes if she is hot enough I will plow right through this with something like “ Ya I hear ya phone rape is a growing problem these days “ and about half the time she will give the number up. If she is a HB7 or under I simply delete.

Now if I see a real hottie I want to email, I keep my first email really short and really direct. I associate online game with day game in many ways. My first email to her is exactly verbatim this, “ Hey I think your super cute, just wanted to say hi. Tom “. Now I will copy and paste that to every HB I want to get to know. ALWAYS put your first name at the end of your message. I view it as a numbers game. I mean for every 10 I send out I will get 6 responses in return. And they are usually all identical “ Hey thanks you are too “ or “ Wow I have never been called super cute before “ or “ Thanks, so whats it like being a retarded dolphin trainer? lol “. These are all very good responses and you should cash in on them. From here I would send an email back explaining that I never get on this thing and think exchanging numbers so we can txt would be a better idea. The rate of number close here seems to be around 70%. The hotter she is the more emails back and forth with light banter I will send before number closing.

USING THE NUMBER:
Well I don’t need to give advice on setting up day 2‘s, as you all know what to do with a phone number. However I will give one piece of advice that I have discovered and that is I never mention the first meetup asap, as some will suggest. I feel with all the Internet creeps out there and craigslist killer bullshit, women get freaked out about actually meeting you in person. What I do is talk/txt for about a week or two then mention a meetup. I like to push for myself to goto their place since they feel more comfortable in their own fort.
