Hey guys, anyone seen this site? Is it legit in just random lays? I was only on there for about 15 minutes just looking at different women, and almost instantly got e-mails from girls whose profile I had checked out.

So I came to 2 conclusions.
1. The girls are not girls at all, but paid employees of the site on fake accounts trying to get guys to sign up so they can "reply".
2. These girls are just overly aggressive given the setting and really just wanna fu**.

Anyone had any experience on this site?

I don't trust any site that makes you pay in order to message the girls, I worked as freelancer before, I got hired to create fake profiles for 20 cent each.
That's enough said. But with Okcupid and Plentyoffish are actually working.

It's a scam. The profiles are all fake. I unfortunately fell victim to it. I'm compiling my experiences on this website though, so please check it out as I add more info on my experience with RudeFinder.

I accidentally noticed that the profile's locations change depending on what region of the country you look at them from. Check it out, make a profile on the other side of the country, and check the site address of a profile of a "local" girl you're talking to. See if that same profile doesn't have a location on it that's clear across the country!

It's a total crock of bull. I asked for a refund because I paid to speak to a fake account, I spoke with over 60 "local" profiles in a week (all turned out to be fake), never encountered another real human being, and it was pretty much a ripoff. RudeFinder won't give me my refund, so not only am I claiming a chargeback through my credit card company, but I'm also going to spread my experience around everywhere I can!

Stay away from RudeFinder, complete ripoff!

Hey rudefinderscam, I just found your post here through Google. I just signed up as well, and did not send any messages to any girls yet, but like you, found they were messaging me like crazy.

I also felt it was too good to be true, but for $17, I said why not. Was your CC company helpful in blocking future charges from them? Their support link directs you to another website, which I have used and actually communicated to someone.

You are all 1000% correct. Rudefinder is a huge rip off. The women and locations are all fake. I guess the only reason scams like this flourish are because of fools like me. I hope the word gets out before too many more people are ripped off. The home base for them is in the UK from a company called JDI (just develop it). I expect their other sites are questionable as well. Most all of the woman you see are from the UK. Maybe bimbos working for minimum wage ? Right now (4/5/11 ~11pm GMT) they are modifying the site and it is down. So...maybe they are going to clean things up ?

UPDATE: I had used SPAM to sign up for a premium membership on their site so I opened a dispute case against JDI Dating. Lo and behold! within 24 hours JDI agreed to a full refund and the dispute case was closed. So, I finally got lucky but not in the way that I had originally envisioned. I decided to check rudefinder out again using their free membership. Some profiles had been removed but it's still the same old scam. Fake profiles and locations.

What a damn idoit, I cant believe I got scammed by this too.

Anyone managed to contact these scammers to get the subscription cancelled? I don't care about the £17 I blew, I'll put that down to experience, but I am not going to suffer that charge every month.

I've tried their e-mail addresses, they keep getting bounced with delays, probably the sheer volume of complaints they are getting.

I paid by SPAM and have cancelled the recurring billing at that end, so I wont be charged any more, but I want this rubbish cancelled at their end too.

Mate!!! You are a legend, I would never have thought of that, well done. I had expected to write off the charge but maybe not. Can you write down what category of "Not as described" you used and the wording you used in the message to JCI? I'll lodge my complaint, perhaps we can start a trend.

Hey dude this should work for you. Just go to SPAM and open a dispute on the transaction with JDI Dating. Then click the box that is for 'Significantly Not as Described' you don't have to include a note. That's all I did and it worked like a charm......good luck to you.

Hey guys, yup, I'm another mug that fell for this! Does anyone know how to terminate the membership subscription on this site? I've got a payment due in October 2011, if I terminate the membership, will that stop that payment coming out as well?

Lads, I was another one duped by this site!
I thought something was fishy when I wasnt getting a single reply from any of them even when they were all sending me messages as soon as I looked at thier profile! Then I compared 2 of the pictures and they were identical!
Just opened a dispute with SPAM so hopefully they will start to see a trend.
@jannie 34, did you take it out with SPAM? If so you should beable to cancel on thier site, if not im sure you will beable to cancel it with your bank!

Update:

OK their customer support is a bit crap but they do respond eventually. They try to fob you off with a 50% discount on your next renewal but just stay firm and they will cancel.

Whatever you do DONT just cancel your profile and think that's it, you need to cancel the recurring subscription.

I've done a scan using the two profiles in different locations and yes you can immediately see that every one of the profiles that sent me an e-mail on one profile, appears on the screen with a different location when logged on saying you are somewhere else.

Anyway I have some evidence, screen shots saved down to a JPG which I'm going to submit to SPAM and see if I can get my £17 back to.

I don't think it's as bad, as there are real women on it, but Date A Cougar seems a ripoff. It costs $35 a month to join (to have the ability to be able to send out messages), there's no annual membership to get a much cheaper price and you can only pay by credit card. They don't want to offer SPAM payment, as an option, as I asked. The site also doesn't tell you when was the last time every lady logged in, for every profile, but only for some female profiles.

While some women on Adult Friend Finder are real, to make up for the fairly ridiculous imbalance of female members to male ones, many of their female profiles are fake ones created by the site, in addition to ones created by individual scammers.

The unfortunate downside with pay based adult dating websites, is if a female profile looks too 'good', you pretty much have to ask such a lady on such a site, if she's even for real and can prove it, before sending a proper message.

Further update:

Yes requesting a SPAM refund really does work. Just lodge a complaint and you'll get the money straight back.
