I met a HB7 on POF and she seemed interested in me, we exchanged phone numbers and added each other on Facebook. After few texts I asked here out and she said she was working every weeknight and a close friend is visiting her over the weekend. She concluded that this week is messed up so I told her that my offer will expire end of the week and she should pick a day she is free for next week. All of this happened over the first two days (Sunday, Monday). I selectively sent her text messages on Tuesday and Thursday talking about relationships and other BS. Now I am planning to wait till Sunday for her to respond back. Should I wait? Is it worth pursuing? What should I tell her? Gentlemen any help will be much appreciated

Has she voiced the desire to meet you? Biggest mistake guys make is pushing for the date, before the lady is hot to meet them. Gotta make 'em want it first!

I only half agree with high country, but you do have to calibrate when you can successfully land the date, but I still have a hard limit on building rapport via emails before getting a confirmed date.

If you went in too early you hand is played, and apparently she isnt interested. Best bet is to freeze her out completely and re-engage a hail mary in a week or two. As always don't expect much, initial flubs are hard to recover from. I like to line up enough online and in the field dates where I don't give a shit which ones flake, because some always do, ebven more just wont bite. Abundance of opportunity by improving your game is the real right answer to this question.

Thanks for the replies, I agree with detox75 and I was thinking the same, trying to guage an execution time for a date via email is tricky (no body language)..I will let you guys know in two weeks if anything happens with this

its usually 2-3 emails of 100-200 words and i will try to plan a date. If i can get 2 significant responses(where she is showing interest not just rambling) that show interest , 75% of the time I can get a drink date out of it.

Detox is 100% right on this. It is also worth noting that a not-so-insignificant portion of the women on POF are not actually interested in meeting in person. They are there for the ego boost, and to see what's out there.

Schedule your week as if she won't get back to you. You can remind her on Friday if you want-- you really don't have anything to lose.
